Sir Theophilus Okere, a former Director-General of Imo Broadcasting Corporation was said to have stabbed his Wife Beatrice, AUTHENTICNG learnt.
A family member of former Director-General of the Imo Broadcasting Corporation (IBC), Theophilus Okere has revealed as to the reason the EX-DG stabbed his wife of which they have been married for 50 Years.
The source in Imerienwe community in the Ngor-Okpala Local Government Area of Imo where the accident happened said Theophilus Okere had been suffering from Dementia.

The source disclosed that the family had been managing the former IBC boss’s condition for some time.
“Even today that he stabbed his wife to death, when he was asked why he did it, he responded that his wife was still sleeping.
“The other Sunday, Okere went to church and said that his car was missing when in fact the car was parked in his compound,” it added.
Police spokesman in Imo, Orlando Ikeokwu, confirmed the incident.
He said the command had commenced investigation into the matter.
