The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has resumed its hearing of the suit filed by the Presidential Candidate of Hope Democratic Party (HDP), Ambrose Owuru against President Muhammadu Buhari, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the All Progressives Congress (APC).
During the hearing today, INEC and the Resident Electoral Commissioner in Zamfara State, ad it is expected of them to present documents requested for by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in line with the order of the tribunal delivered on Wednesday July 17.
