The Community of Irete in Owerri West Local Government of Imo State has been thrown into a state despondency, Sadness, Grief and Gloom
Tension as two Irete youths with a gallon of fuel on a motorcycle involve in an accident with another motorcycle, leading to an unexpected contact between their motorcycle plug head and the fuel they are carrying Exploded, unfortunately damaged parts of their bodies. This happened On Wednesday evening at Umuoba village, along Irete/Ndegwu road. Owerri West, Imo State.
The Victim name are Chidera popularly known as Seduce and Fela in popularly known in the community.
This unfortunate incident has put those in Irete Autonomous Community in state of sadness as the two youths are well known in the community.
Meanwhile, barely Two days one of the youth that involved in that accident gave up in the hospital.
When the sad news of his death came up This was a post was one of the Media personnel who relayed the news to us “”Doctor, please do everything you can to save my life.” But he gave up.
Since that Wednesday, the battle to save their lives has not been an easy and smooth one.
Interventions came from various corners added with the efforts of the victims’ families in winning this battle but we regret to announce to you that we lost one of them last night. The damages were much that restlessness has been the case for them at Federal Medical Center, Owerri, Imo State.
Sedative drugs given to them to help in soothing the excruciating pains couldn’t even permeate their bodies as expected arising from the large damages the fire caused on their bodies. It was much on Fela. He gave up the ghost after he could not hold on anymore.
