The petition of the People Democratic Party PDP and that of Dino Melaye against Smart Adeyemi election has been dismissed by Election petition tribunal.
The Tribunal also upholds Smart Adeyemi’s election as Senator for Kogi West senatorial District.
The three judges of the tribunal were unanimous that the petitioners failed to prove their case.
