The Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council has sounded it clear that Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB will continue to remain proscribed in Nigeria.
Recall the Government of Nigeria has labelled the IPOB as Terrorist organisation and also proscribing their activities.

In a Statement signed by Mazi Okechukwu Isiguzoro, President General Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide and Mazi Okwu Nnabuike, Secretary General Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide it reads:
Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide had Confirmed that IPOB fell to the dummies of Ohanaeze Ndigbo to assist them to talk to Southeast Governors to lift the ban as being Proscribed and Gazetted as a terrorist Organisation.

IPOB will continue to be Proscribed not because of any Wrongdoing but Ohanaeze Ndigbo Leadership hatched the Conspiracy in 2017 and championed it,in other to curtail the activities of the Biafra agitators, so IPOB should not rely on Nwodo’s faction.
Those Ohanaeze Ndigbo members that had peace parley with IPOB respresentives at the Home of Pa Mbazulike Amaechi, over the alleged stoning of Nwodo, had successfully betrayed IPOB by Openly rejecting Biafra restoration over 2023 Igbo Presidency, a sign that there’s nothing like helping them remove the ” terrorists Organisation tag”
