Over the last 6 (six) months the country Nigeria has not known peace across the sphere. Each morning Nigerians wake up they are greeted with the news of a police station being burnt and some police personnel killed.
I know we all know that no sensible human being will wake up one morning and then heed to Police station or even attack police/military formations. There must have been some sort of provocations that might have led to this menace being faced daily in Nigeria.
The Killing and burning of police stations started in the south east and now it is gravitating to the south, North and all over Nigeria.
The International Community and even Nigerians have not come up to know what is actually fueling this grievance and accumulated hatred for the men in the Nigeria military and paramilitary (Police forces and others).

I guess you all have forgotten 2015 in Onitsha December 2 about 11 people reportedly lost their lives, including 2 and in Aba on February 9, 2016 where six members of the self determination group Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) were killed by Nigerian security forces and about 20 others arrested.
Also, the Nigerian soldiers clandestinely killed and burned the corpses of Biafran activists in a separate incident in Aba.
In addition to the killings, members of the Igbo ethnic group, who are at the forefront of the self determination agitations, have been subjected to abuse, intimidation and harassment by Nigerian security operatives. On December 23, 2015, many Igbos returning home for Christmas celebrations from the western part of the country were detained and molested on the Onitsha Niger River Bridge for several hours by soldiers conducting stop and search operations. The gridlock occasioned by this lasted for up to twelve hours with many commuters spending the night on both ends of the bridge.
On 24 November 2016, Amnesty International accused Nigerian security forces of killing at least 150 Biafra’s self determination peaceful advocates. The rights group also said Nigerian military fired live ammunition, with little or no warning, to disperse members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) group between August 2015 and August 2016. But the military and police dismissed the allegations and say it was aimed to tarnish the security forces reputation.
The trigger happy Policemen and security operatives who committed these inhumane act were not disciplined nor even held accountable and these continued unabated.
The May 30, 2016 Biafra Day Demonstrations – a series of protests that commemorate the 1967 declaration of the independence of the Biafran region from Nigeria – turned bloody in several cities across southeastern Nigeria as Nigerian security killed many pro-Biafra activists.
The local media, citing eye witness reports, claimed that 40 people were killed, while over 50 pro-Biafra members were arrested in the commercial city of Onitsha during the protests.
The incident, according to one of the eyewitnesses, began at about 3 a.m. when security forces invaded the premises of a Catholic church in Nkpor Agu, near Onitsha, where pro-Biafrans were camped and opened fire.
Five civilians were estimated to have been killed, while ten others were injured. 35 more deaths were recorded following further swoops on other members of the pro-Biafra group in the commercial city by security forces.
The International Society for Civil Liberties and the Rule of Law, a civil rights group, said its investigation revealed that security operatives shot, killed, picked corpses and buried the victims in unknown places.
In Port Harcourt 11 were confirmed dead, many others have bullet wounds while the group were organizing pro- Trump rally.
Then the one that broke the camel back was the one that happen in 2020 where SSS operatives Killed 21 Self determination members.
So all these continued and many mothers were rendered childless, many wives became widows, children lost their parents and today they have risen up to revenge the evil system that caused them pains.
Some of those killed were not even Biafra agitator but they were killed because they are from Igbo, many were picked on the street on their way to work while many were arrested just for identifying or discussing Biafra.
Secondly, the burning and killing of security personnel have continue because today the Nigeria Police force and sister agencies have compromised their stance towards protecting the lives of ordinary citizens.
In communities where Fulani terror herdsmen were seen attacking farmers and the police are beckoned upon to help curtail the attack they were no where to be found, the take side with those attacking the ordinary populace to inflict pains and scars.
A police station has been burnt amid a protest by residents of Gauraka in Tafa Local Government Area of Niger State.
This followed an attack by gunmen on Angwan-Wazobia community on Monday where six locals were abducted by the assailants.
The People lamented that the Police station were of no use as they never combated or even repel the attack of those attacking them.
