The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, began working towards achieving its five-year strategic action plan to intensify the battle against corruption and free the country from all forms of graft.
During a two-day workshop on strategic planning, organized in collaboration with the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Programme, ROLAC, in Lagos, Dr. Musa Aliyu, the chairman of ICPC, emphasized the importance of collaborative effort and shared responsibility in striving for excellence. He highlighted that the commission’s success in combating corruption is directly linked to its collective dedication to excellence.
Aliyu stressed the need for strategic planning in the fight against corruption, emphasizing the importance of devising effective strategies to enhance ICPC’s focus on combating corruption in Nigeria. He noted that efforts to develop a successor organizational strategic plan for 2024-2028 were underway before he assumed office, and these efforts have been sustained to date.
