The Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki has reportedly joined the People Democratic Party PDP ahead of the Governorship Election in Edo State.
This is coming few hours the Governor was disqualified by the All Progressive Congress APC for defective certificate.
Mr Godwin Obaseki although has vowed not to appeal his disqualification.
Meanwhile Godwin Obaseki just collected his membership card at Ward 4, Oredo Local Government.
The governor is moving into the PDP with all the 18 Local Government Chairmen in Edo State together with 12 lawmakers in the State Assembly.
The Source Also said that the Governors of the People Democratic Party are billed to visit him this weekend.
The Governor has been disqualified from participating the Governorship Primaries of the All Progressive Congress APC and has since generated reactions in many quarters.
