Reports reaching our News Desk authenticates that the Ebonyi State Governor Dave Umahi has officially dumped the People Democratic party PDP for the All Progressive Congress APC.
Dave Umahi of Ebonyi said he has joined the ruling All Progressives Congress which would protect the interest of the South-East in the 2023 elections.
Dave Umahi moved to the APC after series of pleas by the People Democratic party and it’s leadership which yielded no result.
The Governor Was bent on moving to the ruling All Progressive Congress.
Confirming his Defection the All Progressive Congress APC, Nigeria President personal Assistant on media tweeted saying ” Gov. Dave Umahi dumps PDP for APC. Ebonyi State is now officially APC.”
