Bishop Sola Ore, the Chairman of the Lagos State Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) is dead.

Bishop Ore, according to family source, passed away Monday night after a brief illness.

Before his death, Bishop Ore was presiding pastor of Love Aglow Ministry, FESTAC Town, Lagos and also the Chairman, Lagos State Christian Pilgrims Board.

Biography of Bishop Sola Ore

Bishop (Dr.) Raphael Olusola Ore is the Presiding Bishop of Love Aglow Ministries Int’l, with the headquarters in Festac, Lagos. Nigeria
He has faithfully served in the ministry of the Lord for almost 3 decades now. A great worship leader, humorous and very caring, he offers Godly counsels to as many people that come into contact with him.

Sola Ore gave his life to Christ in February 1980 on a crusade ground organized by All Nations Disciples Of Christ Inc. led by a renowned Evangelist, the late Evang. J.K Solomon.

He was thereafter introduced to the Redeemed Christian Church Of God (RCCG) Ilorin in April 1980 two months after his conversion where he was ordained as a minister of the gospel in 1986 and served for 18 years as an Area Pastor (Ikeja Family).

He left in May 1998 to start Love Aglow Ministries Int’l in obedience to the mandate from the Lord to preach and demonstrate the love of God to the hurting world and this has taken him to few nations of the world spreading the message of the love of Christ.

He has been actively involved in the leadership of Pentecostal fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) at various levels for several years.

  • Festac Zone Vice-Chairman 2004-2006
  • Badagry Regional Chairman (Mile 2 to Seme Border) 2006-2010
  • Lagos State Treasurer: 2010-2004
  • Lagos State Chairman: 2004-till date.
  • He was in September 2015 appointed the Chairman, Lagos State Christian Pilgrim Welfare Board.

An Accountant by profession, he has worked in several firms of Chartered Accountants for many years before he answered the call to full time ministry.
He studied and obtained his Ph.D in Christian Theology from International Miracle Institute, Pensacola, Florida USA in 2015.

He is married to Rev Mrs Yemi Ore and they are blessed with children and grandchildren.
